Merchandise orders must be placed using our on-line shopping cart so they can be recorded and tracked automatically.  The shopping cart will accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Debit and pre-paid cards.  Valid credit card information must be provided at the time of purchase and your credit card will be charged when the order is submitted.  Payment for services, such as Cerakote or gunsmithing, can be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Debit and pre-paid cards, or with cash or money order.

All supplied payment information is processed using 256-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.  After a transaction, your private information (credit cards etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Any coupons or discounts must be applied at the time of the order.  Discounts can’t be applied retroactively after your order has been placed.


MACTMIL Inc. strives to keep customers happy by providing quality products and service.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt in new and unused condition in the original packaging with all of the original contents for an exchange or refund. Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the order was paid.  Exchanges will not be processed until the original item has been returned to MACTMIL Inc.

All return must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).  To obtain an RMA, login to your account in the ‘My Account’ section.  In the Track Your Recent Orders section, click on the View Details for the order you would like to initiate an RMA for.  Click on the “Add New RMA” button and provide the following:  # of items being returned, the reason for the return, and the method of return.

If the return is due to a product being damaged, defective or incorrect, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label and issue a full refund.  All other refunds from returns will be less original shipping and a 10% restocking fee.  Return postage is the responsibility of the customer except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.  Returns without a RMA or beyond 30 days will not be accepted. All product repairs beyond 30-days should be directed to the product manufacturer.

Some products we offer are not returnable.  Examples of non-returnable items include customized products, firearms, ammunition, food products, hygienic items (e.g. water filter straws), jigs and 80% lower receivers.  80% lower receivers that have not been drilled may be returned only if the item is damaged in shipping or defective.


MACTMIL Inc. only ships to locations in the United States. Most orders ship by priority USPS. Due to USPS regulations, oversize & overweight packages may be subject to additional shipping surcharges. Some items will ship via UPS due to delivery restrictions. Most orders will ship in 5-7 business days, depending on warehouse location and availability.  Every effort is made to keep inventory stock levels current, however it is possible that ordered items are not immediately available.  Certain heavy bulk items will be shipped UPS and negotiated UPS rates will apply.  These shipping rates will be calculated in your shopping cart based on delivery locations.  Orders containing ammunition will be shipped UPS Ground.

Packages may be sent with an adult signature required upon delivery.  It is your responsibility to have someone available to sign for the order.  Any returned shipments will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

If your order contains firearms and other items, the firearms orders will be sent to your local FFL and the rest of your order will be shipped to the address designated at check-out.  A copy of the Firearm Transfer Information form and a copy of your FFL’s license must be received within 7 days of placing the order or it will be cancelled and subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
